CORE Training

A new CORE session has been added to the online programme.

Every Tuesday 9.45am,

It starts on 22nd October and till the end of December


A series of fun exercises for Abs, Shoulders, Glutes and Back muscles

to strengthen and maintain a strong CORE.


Strengthening your core can help with many aspects of your physical health, including: 

  • Injury prevention: A strong core can help prevent injuries to your hips, legs, ankles, shoulders, and elbows. 

  • Balance and stability: A strong core can help you stand, bend, lift, and maintain your balance. This can help prevent falls and injuries. 

  • Posture: A strong core can help improve your posture. 

  • Back pain: A strong core can help improve back pain. 

  • Everyday activities: A strong core can help you with many everyday activities, such as bending down to tie your shoes, getting a glass from a high shelf, and turning to look behind you. 

  • Physical performance: A strong core can help your legs, arms, shoulders, and glutes by providing support and strength. 

  • Shock absorption: A strong core can act as a shock absorber to protect your joints during activities like running and HIIT. 

  • Organ protection: A strong core can help protect your organs, such as your liver, spleen, and kidneys, from damage.
