Our new block of six weeks fitness training begins on Monday, July 28th, 2025. It's time to dive into a program that focuses on Fitness, Strength, Mobility, and, most importantly, having a lots of fun during our sessions.
What’s Happening?
This upcoming Season 5 runs from July 28th through September 6th, with an added week for catch-ups! Life can get hectic, and our flexible schedule helps you stay on track without missing any workouts. Just a quick note: there won’t be sessions on Friday, August 1st, Saturday, August 2nd, or early on Monday, August 4th. However, our Monday, August 4th, at 7 PM session will continue as planned!
