Now it's time to refocus—on what we’re putting into our bodies, how we’re moving them, and the goals we set for ourselves.
September marks the start of Sugar Awareness Month!
A perfect time to reset, and bring intention back to our eating and training habits.
We know how easy it is for unhealthy patterns to sneak in when life gets busy and routines go out the window. But now, with structure returning, we have the perfect opportunity to realign with our health goals.
